I was slightly buzzed from mimosas at brunch this morning and went down to the Origins store to stock up on much needed beauty supplies.

Shopping while slightly buzzed was a new experience, one that I wouldn't recommend unless you're wealthy enough for it to not matter. I felt like Michael Jackson at a tacky LV interiors store.

"Yoohooo!"

Most of ya'll probably don't get that, but if you saw "Living with Michael Jackson" the British documentary that got him in so much trouble because he admitted to sleeping with the little boy, you'd understand.

So, I dropped over $100 on moisturizer and eye cream. Yes, I was talked into eye cream. "It's easier to prevent wrinkles than take them away!" Since coherent sentences took too much concentration, "sure! ok!" was about all I managed to say.

And now, as if Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday brunch weren't enough, I'm off to the bar for some 80's music before bed. No drinking, that'd be silly.

"Yooohoo!"

I'm disappointed in you.

Sunday is not silly to be drinking.

i know how it is with the eye cream. had i been drunk last time i went, i would've bought it too. :)

i miss origins... i'm so poor i've had to downgrade to $5 l'oreal face products. it's going well so far... i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
